Auto-lock after inactivityHow long a quiet tab waits before signing itself out. Shorter is safer on shared machines.
Trusted devicesApps signed in without a passkey prompt each day. Revoking one sends it back to the sign-in screen the next time it opens; your other devices are untouched. A device drops off on its own after 90 days without opening.
Horizon
The hive: quick-add defaults, snooze, domains, categories, and tracked metrics.
Default priorityWhat a new task starts at when you don't type a ! shorthand.
Default domainWhere a new task files itself when no # domain is given and no domain filter is active.
Default categoryThe icon a new task wears unless you pick another.
DomainsYour life-domain taxonomy — each one owns a color, and every task wears exactly one. Add, rename, recolor, reorder, or remove them here (this moved from Horizon's old panel).
New tasks festerOverdue tasks escalate visually the longer they sit. Off means new tasks stay calm no matter how late they run.
Completion confettiThe little burst when a task is marked done.
Duplicate warningThe amber chip that flags a likely re-add while you type. Informational either way — it never blocks.

CategoriesRename the built-ins, hide the ones you never use, or add your own with an icon from the set below. Removing a custom category leaves its tasks wearing the to-do icon until re-categorized.
